LLAG is a leadership program for Black girls ages 6–17, building confidence and real-world skills through mentorship and hands-on learning in STEM, diplomacy, climate, and community leadership.

    Interactive workshops on topics such as climate change, cyber safety, diplomacy, and civic engagement.

    Direct access to Black women and allies in leadership roles who guide early leadership skill development.

    Sessions that build teamwork, problem-solving, self-confidence, and public speaking.

  • Exposure to Opportunities

    Introductions to fields like STEM, climate justice, public leadership, and corporate leadership.

    Select fellows gain hands-on diplomatic experience in Canada’s foreign service environment, working directly with missions and policy teams.
